Returns

Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by contacting us confirming  your order details.

We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund.

You will be liable for your return postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table.

Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Reason Policy
Model arrived faulty or broken You must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request email.
Wrong item received You must report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request email.
Product did not match description If you believe that it did not match the description, report this to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by sending a return request email and we will investigate.
Changed my mind Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs. 
Goods not as expected Must be reported within 14 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs.
